As an E-RYT 200 and YACEP, I am able to provide continuing education workshops and 200-hour yoga teacher training’s. Please find below some of the workshops and training’s I am currently offering:
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training for Emotional Health (several options available)
- If you are wanting to become a yoga teacher, but know that you want to focus on learning and providing yoga for mental and emotional health, this is the training for you! We will learn all the basics of a 200 hour yoga teacher training, but provide a focus in restorative yoga, gentle yoga, trauma informed yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, and pranayama. We will hone in on how the philosophy of yoga can be helpful in working through emotional difficulties, and learn specific asanas and pranayamas for concerns such as depression and anxiety.
Restorative Yoga Training (approximately 3 hours, depending on group size)
- Have you learned about restorative yoga in your YTT, or have found a love for taking restorative yoga classes at your yoga studio? Look no further! This is an excellent course for learning how to incorporate restorative yoga into your personal and professional practice. Learn how to structure a class, creative poses, appropriate music and more!
There’s No Wrong Way to Have a Body: A Guide Towards Body Acceptance (1-2 hours)
- In this workshop you will learn the about body image and the factors that affect it. In addition, we will explore diet culture and learn about the one diet that does work. Lastly, we will learn tips and tools for intuitive eating and body acceptance. Be prepared to walk away feeling more connected to the world and yourself!\
